Our Staff
Our operators have experience monitoring several types of equipment in several industries such as Hospitality, Laundry, Commercial, and Healthcare facilities. Our staff understands Data Integrity Compliance per 21 CFR part 11 and follows through with cGMP regulations as necessary. BoilerOps believes in the Poka-Yoke (Mistake Proofing) methodology. We ensure that we assign the right resources to your facility based on your needs.
We train our staff
Initial Training
Courses are paid for by our company. Staff will be responsible for completing courses within 60 days of employment.
The courses required are as follows:
OSHA 10-Hour Outreach General & Healthcare Industry to raise awareness about the safety measures under OSHA 29 CFR 1910. This training provides training on the following:
- Introduction to OSHA
- Walking & Working Surfaces, including Fall Protection
- Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans and Fire Protection
- Electrical
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Hazard Communication
- Machine Guarding Safety
- Ergonomics
- Recordkeeping & Reporting
- Hazwoper
NFPA 70E - Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace
to provide a working knowledge for employees to identify areas in the workplace that are safe from the unacceptable risk associated with the use of electricity in the workplace
All training is provided by education bodies accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)
Continuing Education
BoilerOps Inc. will provide opportunities of continuous education to staff from accredited bodies. This will ensure that our staff is kept up to date with the latest industries studies, findings, regulations and codes. As well, our company can provide training for staff on additional equipment that would be monitored per contract agreements.
